Over time they can show up as chronic pain, restricted movement, and a nervous system that never fully relaxes.
My work helps the body release these patterns so you can experience:
hello there!
I’m Jessica Rea, a Board Certified Massage Therapist (BCTMB) and Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner based in San Diego.
I specialize in nervous system–centered bodywork that integrates therapeutic massage with subtle, restorative techniques that support the body’s natural ability to heal.
By blending deep tissue work, CranioSacral Therapy, lymphatic techniques, and sound-based healing, each session is designed to meet your body exactly where it is that day.
A highly personalized approach
No two sessions are the same. I combine multiple modalities based on what your body needs in the moment rather than following a routine.
Both therapeutic and intuitive
My work integrates deep anatomical knowledge with intuitive listening to the body’s signals, allowing me to locate and release restrictions at their source.
Nervous system–centered care
True healing happens when the nervous system feels safe. My sessions are designed to support regulation, allowing deeper release and longer-lasting results.
Experience from both sides of the table
Having recovered from my own injuries, I understand firsthand how powerful bodywork can be when the body receives the right support.
my clients
My clients are often women managing the physical effects of busy, demanding lives.
They may be dealing with chronic neck and shoulder tension, lingering pain that hasn’t responded to other treatments, or a feeling of constantly being “on.”
Many spend long hours at a desk, juggle careers and family responsibilities, or simply carry more stress in their bodies than they realize.
They’re looking for more than a quick relaxation massage—they want lasting relief, deeper regulation, and a body that feels like it can finally unwind.
When tension releases and the nervous system settles, the body naturally returns to balance. My role is simply to help create the conditions for that process through a blend of therapeutic bodywork and subtle nervous system support.
Rather than treating symptoms alone, our integrated sessions address the deeper patterns of stress held within the body and biofield, helping clients experience lasting relief from chronic pain, emotional tension, and nervous system overload.
I began my career in massage therapy when I was just 18 years old. For seven years I worked as a massage therapist, primarily in luxury wellness spas.
Eventually, I was told something many therapists hear: “You won’t have longevity in this profession. You should have a backup plan.”
So I created one.
I built and ran a successful design agency and spent nearly a decade behind a computer screen—unaware that the work meant to secure my future was slowly taking a toll on my body.
The accident left me with a brain injury that made it impossible to look at a computer screen without debilitating migraines.
The career I had built was suddenly unsustainable.
My recovery journey brought me back to the healing arts—this time as a client.
Through the care of gifted practitioners, I experienced how the body can release trauma, restore balance, and heal when properly supported.
That experience led me to return to the career I had started nearly two decades prior with a deeper understanding of the body and nervous system, ultimately informing the work I do today.
