Therapeutic grade tuning forks are applied both on and off the body to detect and help correct distortions, blockages, or imbalances in this energy field.
For sessions including massage: Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to put on. You’ll disrobe to your comfort level for your session. I’ll provide draping for modesty and ensure you feel safe and secure throughout the session.
For Craniosacral and sound therapy-only sessions: wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for your session.
Air conditioning, blankets, weighted heat packs, and a table warmer are available for your comfort during your session.
Stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals beforehand, and create a quiet, comfortable space. Avoid consuming alcohol or recreational drugs, as these can impact the safety and effectiveness of your treatment. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first session to unwind and focus on yourself.
Drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and avoid intense activities. Gentle stretching or a warm epsom salt bath can help enhance relaxation and soothe the effects of detoxification.
If you’ve received cupping or gua sha as part of your treatment, be sure to keep those areas covered and avoid hot tubs for 24 hours.
